Finding the perfect fit for pump shoes can be quite a challenge, especially with their wide opening. While our size chart offers guidance based on foot length, it’s crucial to factor in foot width for a truly comfortable fit.

If you have narrower feet, consider sizing down by one size. Conversely, if your feet are wider, opting for your usual size or even going half a size up might be the way to go.

But here’s the kicker – it’s not always a straightforward equation. We’ve had customers who initially bought their usual size and experienced no issues, while others found themselves exchanging for a smaller or larger size altogether. On this ‘small part of our body,’ there are lots of differences that influence the fit of pumps.

From personal experience, I’ve learned that my pumps behave differently depending on the season. In the winter, wearing them with stockings can be a no-go due to my slimmer feet. But come summer, I slip into them effortlessly with bare feet, no problem at all.

When the purchase doesn’t fit you well or is not like you expected, you can send it back to us, in the original shoebox and without wearing marks or any damage.
We refund your purchase within 3 days (payments done by PayPal can take up to 14 days) of receipt of the parcel.
The returned goods should be received back in our office within 14 days.
When you return your purchase, please email us (at Customerservice@eijk.store) the package’s tracking number.
And let us know if you want a different size or model or if you would like a refund for your purchase.
So we know that we can expect a package back.
