When the purchase doesn’t fit you well or is not like you expected, you can send it back to us, in the
original shoebox and
without wearing marks or any damage.
We refund your purchase within 3 days (payments done by PayPal can take up to 14 days) of receipt of the parcel.
The returned goods should be received back in our office
within 14 days.
When you return your purchase, please email us (at Customerservice@eijk.store) the package’s tracking number.
And let us know if you want a different size or model or you would like a refund for your purchase.
