Orders placed will be shipped within 1 day (during weekdays). Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on Mondays.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands can take a few days. You can always follow your package with tracking no.

When the purchase doesn’t fit you well or is not like you expected, you can send it back to us.
In the original shoebox and without wearing marks or any damage. We refund your purchase within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
The returned goods should be received back in our office within 14 days.
When you return your purchase, please email us the tracking number of the package. And let us know if you want a different size or model or if you want a refund for your purchase. Then we know that we can expect a package back.
And we can immediately take action after receiving your package.
